• Coordinate the logistics of multiple regional programs across the world.
• Prepare budget analysis and performance reports of individual regional programs. Reports would be done through Excel and Salesforce.

• Establish relationships and negotiate contracts ranging from $500 to $75,000 with hotels and vendors on an international level.
• Make adjustments to programs to adhere to contracted terms and conditions.
• Analyze data and performance feedback of operations for tour regions and implement changes where needed. (For example: increased number of included meals in secluded areas of Scotland or Cambodia. Our profit margin was only slightly decreased, but guest satisfaction for each region was increased 30-50 percent)
• Assisted in the achievement of being named 2x "World's Best Tour Operator" by Travel and Leisure magazine.

• Oversee student enrollment into various culinary programs
