Responsibilities
PPC - Production Planning and Control:

•   Product development starting form product development, organizing fabric & trims.

•   To follow the received orders BOM based on this follow the trim for the all orders.

•   Cutting and line loading and finishing dept planning.

•   Factory capacity planning and maintain the Pre-Planning for existing manpower.

Quality Department:

the continues feeding for the sewing lines.
•   Monitoring and control the printing, embroidery, Garments wash&dying program against
the T&A.
•	Coordinate with IE department to increase the line productivity and individual operators
efficiency according to SAM Calculation.
•   Have first information of the machines, equipment s (Ex: Guides, Folders, Presser foots.)
•   The maximum wage of specialized machines and attachments like folders reduce
considerable time in production and enable to achieve the targets.
•   Motive to operators and develop the productivity.
•   Maintain the clean and good environment at work station.
