Independently handled factories through VQP system.
Monitored whole factory's operating systems and provided them regular
orientation program such as Product Engineering's, Fitting, Data/software.
Alignment between buyer requirements and factory's quality parameters.
Random AQL inspection at 2.5 level.
Being a part of GT- forecasts/Risk analysis meetings during SMS stage, Fit,
pattern amendments and PPS local approvals.

Liaison office, India

BUYERS; Cecil, Mexx, Bonita, P&C and Esprit, Massimo Dutti For kids,
men's and Ladies wear.
Support and give directions to the team.
Regular team training basis on assessing them by monthly potential and preview reports.
Job responsibilities; Team allocation, skills upgradation, Auditing Including
SMS, Size set and random bulk inspection.
Introduced industry's best practices, according to buyer's guidelines and product specifications.
Provided various data to analyse suppliers and team performances.
Also conducted factory technical auditing.
Implementations of buyer quality parameters & other requirements.
Conducted different kind of lab testing as per buyer req.
