Run reports in DAM System for quarterly initiatives and GoPro Awards.
Maintain Awards programs like Million Dollar Challenge.
Ability to setup, navigate and maintain Influencer Marketing systems.

Design and define recruiting workflows, processes and procedures.
Support recruiting process improvement efforts and program roll-outs
Organize candidate travel and expense submissions, arrange special
requests, and provide a high-touch experience appropriate to the candidate's needs.

Maintain open positions within Greenhouse (ATS).
Assist with development of interview guides and rubrics, maintaining
interview documentation, and coordinating interview trainings.
Administration of the employee referral program.

RECRUITING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
