• Manage production process from point of concept to finished product.
• Negotiate delivery and appropriate costs to ensure best profit margin.
• Works closely with buyers and product development team to ensure the vision of product is achieved during the sourcing process.
• Ensure calendars/reports is updated and monitored.
• Alerts the all partners of any unexpected issues and negotiate resolutions with factories and/or customers.

• Track and log the production process (fabrics, l/d's, trims, s/o, protos, fits, pps & tops).
• Daily communicate with the factories and customers.
• Create and amend tech pack for costing and sampling.
• Create and maintain reference libraries for samples, trims, fabric and artwork.
