•   Drafted POs, sent order templates to vendors to confirm and submitted changes to the Order Entry team including, updated delivery dates, costs, units, and pack changes (bulk and pre-packs).
•   Entered and canceled out PPOs in the ORRS system, ensuring the accurate OTB is in the Buyer's weekly Checkbook report.
•   Collaborated with vendors on PD, branding, and packaging for BEBE, Catherine
Malandrino, Nanette Lapore, and confirmed product/tag approval for final production.
•   Drafted PO routing emails for monthly orders with 30+ vendors to ensure POs are routed
10 days before the vendor's DNDB dates.
•   Handled shipping, tracking sailing dates, routing windows, ETA to port, ETA to DC, units
received, and negotiated discounts for delayed shipments with Buyer's approval.
•   Notified the Buyer of order changes (extensions, price increases, and canceled POs).
Accomplishments:
•   Accelerated the delivery of shipments in Q4 by liaising with the DC, vendors, and carriers
and shifted international orders from WK5 to WK1 and WK2 in November and December.
Buyer's receipts received increased by 20% in Q4 as a result.
