Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Marketing Manager to help execute sale events as well as category focused marketing plans and promotions.

Main responsibilities:
• Total responsibility in managing the end-to-end advertising campaigns of major and minor events on a national scale. Develop, implement & coordinate campaigns using traditional, digital and social media channels and platforms.
• Manage the end to end advertising plans, supplier funded activity and promotions across 2 designated selling categories
• Working closely with Merchandise team to execute Marketing/Advertising plans
• Forward planning designated categories in conjunction with category buyers
• Working in collaboration with buyers and building partnerships to deliver new/supplier funded campaigns in line with the buying strategy
• Reporting: Analyse sales data YOY
• Reporting: weekly reporting on competitor activity across all advertising mediums to develop market intelligence to facilitate marketing and pricing strategies
• Brief and proof elements for sale campaigns and designated categories: digital elements, EDMs, radio, TV, Point of Sale, social
• Ensure promotional and category landing pages are maintained and within SEO best practice
• Process accounts, invoices and rebates

Reporting to the Marketing Manager to help execute the media budget and plan at a national and local level.

Main responsibilities:
• Day to day buying and strategic planning of the National Marketing plan and all supplier funded activity across offline media (TV, Press, Catalogues, Radio advertising)
• Provide offline media recommendations for all supplier funded activity and store openings
• Attend and contribute to all relevant Media WIP meetings
• Monitor and provide improved media recommendation where necessary - market by market, channel by channel
• Liaise with the merchandise and production team on product nominations for radio and tv campaigns
• Oversee TV/Radio material instructions are correct and supplied to the media in a timely manner
• Execute all concierge eDM's and landing pages
• Execute all store credit promotion eDM's and landing pages
• Develop monthly calendars which display day by day activity - ensure that these are correct / up to date across all offline/online channels
• Create weekly presentations for Marketing/Merch GM's
• Reviewing monthly and annual invoices, budgets and reforecasting (including communicating any changes to spend to the finance team).

Media Buyer / Marketing Coordinator

Primarily reports to the Catalogue Manager on the progress, status and issues relating to catalogue production

Main responsibilities:
• Develop and execute catalogue briefs. Outlining the objectives and themes to graphic designers
• Trafficking of national print catalogue, digital catalogue and press advertising material
• Ensuring that all stakeholders are notified of any variation to timelines / changes
• Manage team work loads
• Ensure that processes are followed to meet marketing start to finish campaign targets and deadlines
• Manage extra marketing material including POS
• Demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work under tight non-negotiable deadlines and still to prioritise and self-manage

Senior Production Coordinator

My Chemist Warehouse Group

Primarily focuses on catalogue production and associated administrative duties; and assists in other marketing related tasks when required.

Start to Finish Catalogue/P.O.S production:
• Coordinate and prepare marketing material of Chemist Warehouse 32 paged monthly catalogue
• Develop and execute catalogue briefs. Outlining the objectives and themes to graphic designers
• Seeking stakeholders and supplier feedback and circulate for supplier approval
• Management of time schedules, ensuring they are communicated and deadlines are achieved
• Demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work under tight non-negotiable deadlines and still to prioritise and self-manage
• Coordination of product samples required for photography shoots
• Manage extra marketing material including POS
•           development of brand strategy
• A smooth transition from production to high quality marketing output
• Adhering to the required sign off procedures with non-negotiable time schedules
