• Ensuring production planning in assembly line / PCS rate system.
• Providing solution for all major & minor problems of garment contraction.
• Independently handling stitching contractor; ensuring best quality and defect free garments at all times.
• Following all the techniques to achieve the production targets along with the best quality.

• Created latest fashion garments for ladies kurti with sequins, beads, embroidery and cut work for buyers like- SWAW, G H, 7th Avenue, etc.
• Handled 300 S/N Juki with output of 40-50,000 pcs per month.
