• Legal situation of the Company was formalized, including creation of new Internal
Regulations document, formalization of working hours, restructuring of severance pay sheet,
update of employment contracts, and other legal documents.
• Glove production planning prioritizing backorders over those destined to stock, until
aligning with headquarter planning and taking producible adherence from 46% to 95%.
• Reestablishment of Environmental License procedures according to law, including
organization of Mixed Commission on Hygiene and Safety for the first time.
• Reduced by 15% manufacturing cost after first fiscal year in comparison to previous one;
reduction equivalent to $335,547.58 with 171 employees vs. 189 employees from 2017.

General Manager

Duties:
• Reporting to General Manager at plant.
• Lead efforts regarding project stages; material/service quotes, time studies, machinery
revision, workstation designs, quality specifications, sample development, shipments to Headquarters/Customer.
• Lead efforts regarding new style startups through the involvement of all departments.
• Weekly Product Development conference call with Headquarters (CEO, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Administration).
• Information exchange with international and national customers regarding new development
projects.
• Costing elaboration for new development projects based on material consumption and labor
rates.
• Electronic design of cut parts and elaboration of cutting spread layout for optimization of material consumption.
• Elaboration of quality specifications for all new developments and production based on
product technical information.
•  Standardization of Product Development process according to guidelines from
ISO9001:2008 certification standard, evidencing the corresponding verifications and validations.
• Material substitution revision along with Headquarters and Customers.
• Direct communication with North American and local customers due to cut and sew
operations, leading weekly meetings with each one.
• SAM management in system for production ticket printing.
• Style number and raw material management in ERP system.
Achievements:
• Structure was mounted for new Product Development process in the country after it was
being carried out from Headquarters in the United States; including transfer of knowledge in StyleCAD software handling to new Product Development Assistant position for cutting file
assignments to Production.
• Implemented quality specifications in Spanish, critical route documentation to record
everyone involved in the development of samples, procedure for new style start up, and procedure for preparation/handling of cut files.
• Registered 591 projects between 2013-2020 with 40% of effectiveness, and registered 821
sample requests during the same period of time.
• The new developments diversified the production lines with new projects such as coveralls,
lab coats, protective boots, neoprene ties, golf bags, gold club covers, hockey team jerseys,
knitted sleeves for forearm, billiard gloves, orthopedic gloves, basic t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, and pants. Developed coverall line owned by the Company with 16 sizes.

Quality Engineer Duties:
• Reporting to plant Quality Manager, in charge of sewing area; contact with Plant Staff,
Corporate Staff, Company Quality Managers/Engineers, Design Staff, Textile Quality Staff,
and Vendors/Buyers.
• Execution of activities related to new procedure implementations, procedure adherence and standardization, and continuous improvement actions.
• Defect reduction strategy with Production Supervisor quality assessment.
Management Trainee Duties:
• Reporting to Human Resources Manager.
• Training plan with all departments (Quality, Engineering, Production, Mechanic, Logistics, Inventory Control, Safety, Human Resources, Process).
