Responsibilities included:
•   Worked directly with head designer as well as design team to help create a cohesive collection.
•   Helped develop prints and pitched color ways.
•   Sketched flats, created color cards, prepared tech packages, and created line sheets.
•   Helped in examining sample garments on and off models; then modified designs to achieve desired
effects.
•   Worked with merchandising team to arrange samples for showings, sales meetings, and look book
shoots.

•   Extensive detail sketching of trim placement, embellishments, special detail/sewing,
•   Check pattern grading for all production sizes.
•   Create templates for back pocket stitching, button placement and special detail.
•   Translated special detail instruction to sewing factories in Mexico Communicated with sewing factories
in Mexico to ensure production from start to finishing process.
•   Provided step-by-step garment construction, pattern cards, measurements and grading, bill of materials, detailed sketching with how to measure instructions.
•   Work closely with sewing sample makers to make perfect sew by samples to send out with technical
packages.
•   Work closely with pattern makers for correct wash shrinkage measurements.
•   Work closely with grading department to ensure correct grading for each size.
