• Lead mechanical design team on a project to repurpose EV batteries for grid storage at two sites in San Diego
• Design storage container for the batteries (240 kWh) while picking sites and obtaining quotes for procurement of materials
• Analyze container using ANSYS Fluent to model heat generation from batteries and radiation effects to define what ventilation requirements are necessary to keep safe temperature levels and optimal battery conditions
Interface Design Lab (SDSU), Mechanical Ventilator, Provisional Patent (2)	Spring 2020-Present
• Designed an easily accessible ventilator in response to the overwhelming demand during the COVID19 pandemic
• Created the final prototype that includes four ventilation modes using readily available parts and costs under $650
• Worked closely with local pulmonary experts at UCSD Medical to meet hospital standards for COVID19 patients
• Constructed an algorithm using Minitab to correlate all ventilator and patient variables to provide more control
• Performed stringent risk analysis and lead team in rigorous device testing and documentation for FDA approval requirements

• Audit companies in Southern California with a team of students and provide them with an energy assessment of their facility
• Create assessment recommendations to help increase energy efficiency, decrease energy use, and decrease cost
• Compile a comprehensive report with energy and cost analysis of various improvements that the company can introduce

Energy Engineer

• Assist maintenance engineers in fixing electrical and mechanical issues to maintain the two venues
• Make sure the arenas are ready for events and assist in upgrading the facility's lighting, seating, and infrastructure

Operations Assistant

• Co-created an organization that manages a Kiva portfolio of microfinance loans to stimulate economies in developing nations
• Lead fundraising campaigns to grow the capital of the organization, which will are used to provide charitable, no-interest loans to businesses in third world countries that do not have access to credit

Co-Founder

students on an NYSID funded year-long project to double the output capacity of the AVRE paper facility and, in turn, double profits and jobs for their rehabilitation center
• Designed a piston-powered door connected to an Arduino to alternate levels of operation to increase the available output
• Implemented sensors and programmed Arduino to ensure swift communication between the piston, Arduino, & user interface
• Created touch screen user-interface that caters to the employees of AVRE who are mostly legally blind
• Awarded First Place at the NYSID CREATE competition held in Albany, NY, for our design and deliverable
