Highlights team in the On-Air Promotions and Marketing department by compiling professional and collegiate sports highlights clips and audio files to be ingested into our Avid Media Composer for editing and used to create promos of all lengths to air on FOX, Fox Sports 1 and other broadcast and cable networks worldwide. • Responsible for gathering all of the footage/media used in promos, sales reels, and other related marketing campaigns for FOX Sports Promos.
• Fulfilled all internal and external footage requests from various leagues, partners and other FOX divisions by distributing/delivering footage media as required.
• Oversaw the entire footage logging process with department's coordinators and ensured footage was properly organized in FOX Sports' digital library in addition to Avid Editing bins.
• Executed special licensing requests from Stock Footage libraries or online entities such as Getty Images, AP, Shutterstock and more.

Highlights Manager

Acted as Lead Highlights Coordinator, gathering specific sports highlights footage needed to edit on-air and digital promotions for all of FOX Sports broadcasts, including but not limited to MLB, NFL, UFC, NCAAF, NCAAF, FIFA World Cup (Men's & Women's), NASCAR, etc.
• Fielded and prioritized footage requests from department's creatives/producers needed to cut promos.
• Ensured footage was organized in their respective footage libraries for Fox Sports Promo editors and properly organized and archived by working directly with Avid Assistant Editors.
• Coordinated the ingest of FOX Sports Promo shoot material with internal Post-Production Operations/Engineering teams to ensure all media is transcoded, ingested and archived within required.

Highlights Coordinator

Oversaw the delivery of film trailers and on-air promos to various networks and agencies for broadcasting to promote upcoming releases. Uploaded digital videos, pre-roll, banners and advertisements to air on numerous web pages to run in accordance with the digital media buying plan.
• Coordinated trafficking and rotation of creative TV spots, print ads, online video.
• Provided specs and coordinated timetables and due dates for print, online and outdoor media.
• Compiled and distributed all online, print and broadcast breaks in connection with industry.

Drafted official press releases pertaining to major film announcements and corporate affairs while compiling a complete report of websites who covered the news using links. Worked closely with VP, Digital to execute digital marketing strategies including both content placement and media buying.
