Designer with 15+ years of industrial design experience at outside agencies, within corporate environments, and freelance.  Extensive experience in softgoods design and manufacture, comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams, including factory partners, throughout out the development process.  Driven by a desire to reduce the environmental impact of new products, and to support the experience of the outdoors.


-Established new identities and a more mature design language for clients and received a patent for a unique child safety device.
-Acted as a liaison between clients and development teams.


-Designed successful collections of adventure travel and backpacking packs.  
-Collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams to bring unique and sustainable product to market.  
-Used extensive research from time in the field to drive meaningful features and benefits in new products.

-Created a new role to support growth of travel business and was awarded a patent for a unique collapsible luggage design.
