ASST FACTORY MANAGER

Engineering & Production

o	Planning and organizing production schedules.
o	Develop and execute production schedules based on business demands.
o	Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to produce multi-line products within
planned schedules while reducing costs.
o	Analyzing approved sample, swatch card against order sheet.
o	Ensuring health and safety work environment through implementation of safety awareness programs and compliance.
o	Established and monitoring and analyze 5S system (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.) are
properly implemented in the factory.
o	Establishing and implementing product safety procedure and documentations.
o	Determining quality control standards
o	Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
o	Overseeing production processes by monitoring PLM, FPS, and PIP.
o	Liaising with buyers, marketing and sales staff and other managers to formulate objectives and understand
requirements.
o	Supervising and coaching the work of junior staff and organizing relevant training sessions.
o	Develop, interpret and implementing systematic documents reports and standard operating procedures.

o	Taking responsible of Factory 2, with 30 lines of different kind of costume with maximum
workers of 1200.
o	Monitoring the incoming cut pieces from Factory 1, make sure that all incoming and outgoing are in proper documentation and encode to the system.
o	Plan for line balancing to meet the shipment date.
o	Making Production planning for the lines, (manpower, machine and styles.)
o	Discuss, Instruct and motivate the Supervisor to meet the higher standards and high
efficiency.
o	Line performance analyst (efficiency, man to machine and styles.)
o	Checking Quality Analysis data.
o	Taking main role in Internal PP meeting.
o	Cross-train worker teams for maximum production flexibility
o	Making Production report for daily basis.
o	Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
o	Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
o	Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

o	Buyers: Look Woven,
o	Responsible from Cutting to Packing.
o	Dealing with Dress, Blouse, and children wear.
o	Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
o	Estimate costs and prepare budgets
o	Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
o	Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
o	Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
o	Ensure output meets quality standards
o	Enforce health and safety precautions
o	Cross-train worker teams for maximum production flexibility
o	Making Production report for daily basis and sending to all concern staffs.
o	Report to upper management.
o	Monitor production to resolve issues.
o	Evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
