Role & Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
? Processing invoices globally for North America, EMEA, and India.
? Analysing and processing high volume invoices.
? Invoice processing in 3 Way, 2 way matching.
? Payment holds research processing & Credit Coding.
? Process PO, Non-PO Credit memos, Cheque requests and utilities invoices.
? Route invoices to the appropriate manager for approval.
? Quality check of the process on regular basis.
? Worked on Ad-Hoc requests like OCPs, PRFs and NIPFs on priority basis.
?  Worked on GST and TDS posting and sending for approvals.
? VAT Rectifications, Invoice rectifications.
? Raising E-Forms for activating the assets and get it done with R2R team.
? Blackline Reconciliation uploads.
? WHT reports and WHT rectifications.
? Interacting with the internal teams for pending items to get it cleared.
? Worked on pending aging queues.
? Aware of invoice processing, payment transaction, vendor displays, transaction codes in SAP.
