+ Led the strategic practice for the agency with a focus on music, entertainment and emerging trends in the direct marketing, content and experiential space

+ Owned the relationship and provided high-touch client services for a marquee automotive client

+ Established and championed "Fans-First"; a vanguard industry perspective that transformed the entire brand-powered fan experience at festivals, events and VIP experiences

Executive Director, Music + Marketing Strategy

+ Primarily responsible for the development of long-term strategic partnerships and sponsorship sales across both Warner Music Nashville (country) and Word Entertainment (ccm/heartland) roster of award-winning artists and wholly-owned events

+ Managed shared services team of five and annual marketing budget across both labels

+ Secured in excess of $2.5mm via event sponsorship, music video integration, talent  partnerships and media trade and promotion

+ Developed and executed Direct-to-Fan strategies, digital campaigns and social promotions across the entire roster of Warner Nashville & Word Label Group rosters

Sr. Director, Strategic Marketing & Partnerships

+ Responsible for developing consultative sales, marketing and strategic Direct-to Fan practices with key artist, management, label, agent, publisher, brand and ecosystem partners in the Country, Americana, Indie and CCM genres and brand/advertising space

+ Accountable for $1mm in annual gross revenue in Nashville; consistently exceeding target goals by amending SAAS model to agency services w focus on brand engagements, e-commerce, ticketing and VIP

+ Developed and taught a "Direct to Fan" curriculum which was adopted by MTSU and Belmont University (Where I taught as an adjunct professor), as well as multiple industry conferences and events like Grammy GPS, Synch Up, AmericanaFest, Canadian Music Week and more

Sr. Director, Artist Services

+ Secured Ticketmaster's reputation within the Nashville music community as a critical tour marketing and ticket sales partner

+ Developed strong, consultative relationships with key music industry insiders and influencers. Maintained a highly visible and positive presence for Ticketmaster in Nashville

+ Pitched, implemented and executed large-scale projects on behalf of touring artists. Provided analysis of strategic positioning and helping to identify growth opportunities and threats

Sr. Director, Music Services

+ Reporting directly to principal partners, responsible for business development, account management,
corporate tie-ins, partnerships, sponsorship and program development. The client roster included: Levis, Dockers, Disney Records, Urban Outfitters, Toyota, Milk Media and more

+ Co-produced, sold and tour managed "Disneymania - Concerts for Conservation" presented by Build-A-Bear Workshop with support from Southwest Airlines, Animal Planet, Sandisk's "Sansa Shaker" and KEWL Magazine. The tour benefitted the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and featured Disney Record's breakout act, T-Squad
