Top Management

* Responsible for the planning, coordination and facilitation of equipment organization, distribution, and management for a NCAA Division I football program.
* Manage a team of 4 student managers responsible for coordinating the successful load out and preparation of equipment for no less than 120 student athletes over the course of two full collegiate seasons.
* Additional Assigned Duties: Assistant to the Offensive Coordinator, responsible for the coordination of individual position drills for Quarterbacks and Running Backs.
* Developed and implemented a recruitment program successfully hiring 4 new student equipment managers doubling the overall student staff.

* Organized and managed food drives for the homeless.
* Coordinated events for members and youth (i.e.: BBQ; Holiday events).
* Ministered small groups.

Assistant Youth Ministry leader

* Responsible for time management and handling equipment for team practice and games across Varsity and JV football teams.
* Responsible for the management of uniform distribution and inventory.
