• Track all custom tile, stone and pre-fabrication projects from request to delivery for commercial national programs.
• Oversee and maintain retailer national programs - supporting $15M in annual sales, review customer incentive programs, new vendor set ups, point person for requests for proposals (RFP's), gaming commission authorizations, and point person for the customer support team.
• Support 5 national business managers and 3 customer support team members producing over $20M in business in 2020.
• Product forecasting with the supply chain team, customer reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly report review).
• Increase accuracy of the customer support team by authoring centralized documents which reflect accurate product descriptions, pricing, forecasting, JD Edwards order templates, and claiming ownership of overall account information.

• Managed all domestic tile, stone and pre-fabrication commercial projects as well as international projects as they arise.
• Maintained retailer national programs - supporting $14M in annual sales.
• Supported 75+ branches, 5 regional managers, 5 segment managers, producing over $70M in business in 2017.
• Forecasted product, provided customer reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly report review).
• Assisted with training and implantation of Salesforce CRM system to the field and staff.

• Developed relationships with new and existing accounts/customers to encourage sale of vehicles.

Marketing Manager

A division of Ogilvy & Mather, OgilvyAction focuses on consumer experience and changing consumer behavior. By creating in-store and out of store programs to pull consumers, OgilvyAction creates brand experiences.
• Produced merchandising guidebook for national new product launch, included all POSM and display mechanisms.
• Developed seasonal promotional campaigns for a woman's luxury fashion retail brand.
• Led the creation of the mid-autumn festival campaign for China's best-selling premium international cigarette brand.

Distributed in over 50 countries and with more than 300 retail locations within China, CIMIC is one of the largest and more well-known porcelain tile manufactures in China. CIMIC is the only porcelain tile company listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange.
• Designed, managed and oversaw all aspects of remodeling, merchandising and selecting product for a 300 square meter showroom in Foshan, China.
• Authored and implemented new taglines, designed marketing materials including box, display boards, catalogs, and sales decks for international market use.
• Developed marketing plans, managed vendors and facilitated the creation of a new luxury brand, including logo, store layout and product selection.

Sr. Marketing and Product Manager, International Business Group

Three hardwood flooring companies: iNetFlooring - retail and installations, Lucky Step, Inc. - wholesale and online sales, DonCastle Flooring - manufacturer of hardwood flooring.  Three companies combined annual sales of $7 million.
• Executed the introduction and launch of a new product line that resulted in immediate commercial container sales and an exclusivity contract with our main distributor with a guaranteed minimum of $5 million in annual sales.
• Developed marketing plans, managed vendors and facilitated the creation of new product brand, including logo, brochures, advertisements, photo stock, direct mail and email campaigns targeted to different customer segments.

Marketing and Operations Manager

A privately held 300-employee marketing services company specializing in in-store marketing promotions.  Mass Connections scheduled and managed over 1,000,000 national indoor and outdoor events nationwide annually. Clients included General Mills, Neutrogena, L'Oreal, Procter & Gamble, Wal-Mart and Target.
• Promoted to the 2nd largest retailer account where I introduced aggressive sales plans and program pricing that led to increased overall sales volumes 40%.
