Manage the Procurement Policy and associated frameworks and processes, New Supplier Research and requests.

Plan of development for A class suppliers as regards Lvmh Csr policies, investment, innovation, sustainability, future needs of the business, succession plans. Increase partnership and comakership with main suppliers.
Leading the team to problem antcipation (more tham solving,), customer obsession, flexibility, results orientation, “bridges building” with stakeholders.
Pre buy placement and forecast to main supplier for reservation of capacity and reduce lead time; oversee delivery dates.
Make or buy analysis on some transformations or manufacture processing.
Design to cost and design to environment process in cooperation with technical dept and HQ environmental dept (LCA).
Cooperation in the industrialisation process of materials and final products.
Allocation & Assignment process: “the correct product to the correct supplier!”.
Reduction of complexity as regards sku, proposing cross over materials to designers or production managers.
Direction of inbound and outbound logistic department: raw materials, semi manufactured item and final products.
Optimisation flows and costs of warehousing and transports.

Annual turnover purchased > 60 million Euros; 30 subordinates.
Managing of all the purchasing (direct/indirect) actions for the French, Italian and Tunisian plants.
Negotiation, purchasing, sourcing in Europe, China, India, Tunisia and Latin America; managing of the whole supply chain issues.
Supplier audits and materials certifications.
Daily & medium term managing of the whole supply chain issues as regards delays or quality issues or improvement plans.
Scouting & evaluation process of suppliers and potential suppliers; make or buy analysis on some components (toe cap, i.e.).
Relocation of some production from Tunisia to East Europe.
Warehouse optimisation: reducing value of stock (- 18% first year, - 7% second, - 4% third year).
Financial fine tuning of the supplier payment deadlines.
