Part of the Digital Team, which manages Load & eVouchers and the Digital Goods & Vouchers categories. Focused
primarily on Digital Goods & Vouchers category.
Responsible for choosing which SKUs to put on special
promotions through strategic use of data in order to ensure
performance of each. Includes daily plotting of SKUs for
Flash Deals promotion and creation of category collections during special days. Also responsible for choosing the target
market for such promotions for sending push notifications.
Also responsible for providing reports for shop to view the performance of their SKUs in these promotions.

Sales Operations Analyst

Major Responsibilities
Created regular reports and generated them manually.
Some of the reports created and maintained were Projects
Monitoring report, Logistics Report, and G2N Report. Sole
analyst assigned to fulfill ad hoc data requests for the whole
company. Pulled data and created decks for new initiatives such as Shopee for Men, which aimed to drive male buyer
percentage up. Part of the team that managed the Grab
Express logistic option and Shopee Click & Collect.
