Production Manager

Work with domestic contractors on managing production timeline.  Both CMT & full package programs.  Purchase fabric and manage core fabric inventory.  Work with dye house, printer, and sublimation on approval for production.  Manage two production coordinators.  Keep track of all raw material inventory.  Communicate weekly WIP updates to internal teams.  Meet with vendor to get updated status. Problem solving any issues that might arise.  Attend fitting, and work with Technical Design on managing approval deadlines.  Order trims and keep inventory.  Work with PD on SMS status and approvals.

Manage production timelines. Work with Design and Technical teams to develop production samples.
Oversee delivery, quality metrics and KPIs for the finished product in China. Confirm fabric and trim with factories
Lead weekly production meetings with factories. Develop relationships with all production channels
Track shipments to the distribution center Communicate any order problems and issues. Set individual team goals

Pre-Production & Production Manager

Managing Import and Domestic production for all categories. Provide target costing to vendor to achieve target IMU. Work with Product Development to ensure trims/fabrics are approved. Work with trim vendor to maintain on hand inventory.  Provide vendors with fabric projection. Maintain WIP for all styles on order.  Issue purchase order to vendor.  Coordinate weekly meeting with internal teams to provide delivery updates.  Work with all cross functional teams to insure on time delivery.  Coordinate with freight forward for status/shipment updates.  Follow thru from order to in DC delivery. Communicate any issue to all internal parties. Attend all fittings to advise tech team on T&A for approvals. Visit domestic vendors for meetings and review any issue.

Production Specialist

Maintain WIP for on all styles on order and follow thru production process to insure goods are delivered on time on DC. Issue garment purchase orders. Partner with cross functional teams to communicate any production issues.  Attend fitting and work with technical design team.  Follow up on TOP/Shipping status.  Style set up in system. Enter costing and BOM for all styles. Order any necessary trim. Project on fabric for all imports and issue fabric purchase orders.  Follow up on fabric delivery. Communicate any fabric delivery delay/issues. Ensure fabric ships on time update/receive fabric in system.  Work with fabric team on getting fabric shipping sample approved. Make raw materials adjustments in the system to ensure inventory is up to date. Work on reports as requested by department head. Review and approve timecards. Request temps as needed.

Production Specialist/Fabric Buyer

Core Production
Send out development packages to vendors.  Liaison between design, technical design, and vendor to ensure all development deadlines are met.  Maintain and track status of all proto samples per season for proto review meeting.  Work with fabric department to make sure sample yardage is on time.  Review proto samples to ensure designs vision is executed.  Set up initial cost for proto meeting.  Prepare protos and costing packets for buyers, design, and production to review during proto meeting.  Provide vendors comments after proto meetings of any changes.  Ensure all artwork/trims are approved on proto. Send dual sourcing on styles to ensure the competitive pricing to achieve target IMU.  Ensure all changes are made to protos before handing over line to production team.  New vendor set up.  Provide buyers with fabric minimums for all styles.
Approve bulk fabric /trims for color and quality for all CORE knit programs.  Ensure garment delivery is on time
communicate any delays or shortages to control buyers.  Ensure photo sample are on time and correct for catalogue each season.
Maintain adoption rate for season of styles developed.  Communicate with oversea vendors on any production/development issues. Work with fabric mills to source fabrics for knit division.

Import Production Associate- Product Development

Purchase fabric from fabric mills.  Maintain track of all fabric purchased order to insure on time delivery.  Approve shipping samples and track, review, and approve s/offs.   Maintain & manage inventory report to prevent overstock.  Sourcing new fabrics and negotiate prices and delivery with mills. Maintain daily communication with oversea garment vendors.  Communicate with garment production department any fabric issues.

Fabric Buyer

Maintain production T&A/ WIP for all orders.  Work closely with all vendors to ensure monthly production capacity is utilized.  Monitor production status of all programs by season, worked on 3-4 seasons at a time.   Assist Manager in managing flow and make any required fabric reservation.   Confirm fabric and trim with factories.  Coordinate weekly production meetings with factories (in China, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Mexico, India, Peru, and Guatemala).   Issue and maintain purchase orders and cut tickets for women's knits.  Communicating with broker and trucking company to get merchandize in warehouse on time.  Negotiate prices with vendors to ensure target IMU is met.   Ensure accuracy of on-time delivery.  Enter and update cost in Full Circle system.  Work with compliance department for HTS#.  Enter GCC certificates into system.  Review and confirm garment test reports. Work with all business partners: customer service, design, Pre-Production, and merchandizing

Assisted in product development & production for sweaters, cut and sew, and handbags for junior and missy markets.   Trim, Fabric, & Yarn sourcing.   Review and approve lab dips.  Track samples from factory.   Issue sample request forms to factory.  Quoting production T&A to buyers.  Communicated buyers any issues that occurred in development or production.  Reviewed and measured all proto, fit, Pre-Production, TOP samples.  Issued and maintained purchase orders.  I controlled production & product development to achieve on time garment delivery.
