(Solidworks) & machine programing (NC, CNC) for custom traffic control assemblies. Improve
manufacturing process, programs, and fabrication process to increase production quality.

Specified, designed (Solidworks), and certified decorative commercial and residential LED
luminaires to meet specific performance and construction standards (UL/ETL, NEC, CEC T24, ENERGYSTAR, DLC). Traveled to meet with customers and communicated daily with International
offices throughout Asia & Europe to coordinate product design, manufacturing schedules, safety certification and market launches.

Certification & Design Engineer

Prototyped & certified custom high-end commercial decorative luminaires (Autodesk Inventor). Developed electrical enclosures for industry standards (UL/ET, NEC). Designed LED luminaires from concept art designs, and architectural drawings. Worked directly with Architects and Artists to develop new LED, Compact Florescent and Incandescent product lines. Machine training and maintenance for fabrication department.

Design Engineer

Creating and maintain decorative lighting (luminaires) designs and catalog products. Designed part and product assemblies (Autocad). Created machine files for CNC laser cutter, CNC router and NC Punch (Alphacam & Striker Systems).
