Customer Service Manager Duties:
•   Oversee the entirety of the customer experience to ensure that satisfaction is
met at all times.
•   Delegate customer inquiries and warranty claim forms to customer service
representatives.

Responsible for on-boarding new hires as well as updating data changes to new departments or
ministries.
•   Oversaw the verification of medical screenings, licenses, certifications and other personal data
for 8 ministries in the Providence St. Joseph network.

Assisted clients in navigating their web benefits site and preparing them for their
employee's enrollments.
•   Effectively maintained relationships with HR administrators and provided assistance
with various challenges they may encounter in the benefits portal, Bswift.
•   Managed company-wide open enrollments for 150 medium to large-sized businesses.
