?   Managed the acquisition and facility move of Aerospace Welding, and led a team of 12 direct reports
across engineering, production, and quality control
?   Spearheaded business development with major aerospace firms like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Aerojet
Rocketdyne, driving over $1M in sales during our first 9 months post- acquisition

Owned and managed backlog of $30M in new and existing programs for U.S. manufactured legacy defense

Project Manager

Lead manufacturing engineer on a ~$2M dollar defense project to design and build first-of-its-kind
high-speed weapon guidance connector and cable for the F16 and F18.
?   Designed tooling and fixtures for every step of a weapon guidance connector assembly process driving a
40% increase in connector assembly rate, while still maintaining rigorous quality requirements.
?   Presented final weapon guidance connector process and product to customers resulting in additional sales
of over $1.2M
?   Led projects from initial design review through purchasing and manufacturing while liaising between
customer and cross-functional stakeholders
