Handbag and Apparel Pre-Production Coordinator

• Managing product lifecycle of all Clare V. product via WFX PLM system.
• Managing and updating product information such as materials, BOMs, yields and labor costs in WFX and AIMS.
• Tech Sketch and technical artwork creation for new Clare V. Product.
• Ensuring all product specs are as detailed and clearly communicated as possible, and that information accurately
flows to production, via AIMS.
• Communicating product specs to factories, and in person reviews of specs when necessary.
• New style development patterning reports with factories, determining yields and waste, and identifying and suggesting alternative cutting or placement techniques to improve material yields and consumption.
• Building, updating, and finalizing cost sheets for all Clare V. product and communicating product cost scenarios to cross-functional partners.
• Communicating regularly with design, production, and wholesale teams to share product changes and costing
updates.
• Assisting in reviewing development samples and notating necessary changes on cost and spec sheets.
• Reviewing PP and TOP samples and communicating rejections, revisions, and approvals to factory and production team.
• Auditing all seasonal BOMs and managing BOM handoffs to production team.

Communicating with our vendors in China & Vietnam to coordinate excellent production quality and on time
delivery.
• Traveling to China to check production progress, as well as resolve production issues.
• Following up with purchase orders, WIPs and Time and Action calendars. Sending BOMs, price tickets, size
breaks, yields, and shipping guidelines.
• Accountable for tracking, receiving, & logging all final approvals from customer, during development to final stage.
• Facilitating timely approvals to support on time deliveries. (fit, PP, TOP, fabrics, S/Os, L/Ds, quality, construction, trims, prints, embroideries, and embellishments).
• Maintaining cross-functional relationships with designers, tech team, buyers, and vendors.
• Preparing tech packs for costing and final production purposes.
• Negotiating and achieving the lowest garment price, for best company profit margin.
• Coordinating with quality control at different stages, through to finished garment.

Apparel Pre-Production Coordinator

• Researched fashion trends and graphics with our design team to plan development of season/line.
• Monitored organization and accuracy of our extensive seasonal Development Sheets.
• Prepared development samples tech packs, to include in our current season/line.
