• Collaborate with international markets to understand individual needs on a case by case basis to improve sell
through in local markets

Worked in tandem with product marketing, design, and development teams to create high functioning
footwear worn by a variety of consumers ranging from PGA Professionals to causal golfers
• Lead conversion to PFC Free water repellent finishes for more sustainable product within two years of project kickoff
• Created material briefs tailored to meet business needs, such as technical, high performing waterproof
materials, while also monitoring current fashion trends
• Managed communication with vendors in China, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan to ensure on-time samples and production deliveries
• Worked daily with product developers to conquer pre-production hurdles and ensure high quality end
products

• Conversion of engineering drawings into work instruction documents. - Assist in commissioning new
automated cutting equipment as part of 2015 capital and expansion plan
• Recommended and executed plans to improve development tools and processes
• Participated in team meetings and provided input on deadlines, designs, and enhancements.

Design/Application Engineer

A year-long senior design project concentrating on developing a sports bra that optimized vibration
damping and oscillation movement while remaining comfortable, supportive, and nonrestrictive.
• Gained valuable experience in product development stages such as research, ideation, focus groups,
creation, and testing.
• Applied knowledge of technical textiles in regards to fiber and yarn choice, as well as garment patterning.
