Campaign Project Manager

•Project Managed the most successful charity campaigns to date on the priceless.com platform. Made strategic
recommendations on concept and process resulting in +47% in total raised YOY and +81% in page views YOY.
•Launched a campaign celebrating black-women owned NYC small businesses in partnership with the City of New York,
tracking towards 200% higher engagement rate and higher than average sell through rates compared to similar campaigns.
•PM duties included directing creatives on video and other visual assets, the look and feel of the landing page, management
of production and content teams, and working cross-functionally for approvals and coordination of marketing roll-out.
•In partnership with the City of LA, led a small business campaign highlighting 17 small businesses; creating one of the highest
Average Transaction Values and Conversion Rates thus far for digital content in the North America market.
•Championed the use of livestreams as a content delivery type and served as subject matter expert on a global level.
Collaborated cross-functionally on the use of sonic branding and established graphic standards for livestream events on the priceless.com platform. Researched, identified, and onboarded a third party production company and in-house creative
producer to ensure budget controls and that video content is deployed strategically and consistently at a global scale.
•Coordinated the social deployment, approvals, and creative for partners and liaised with paid search and paid social teams.
•Created campaign retrospectives with stakeholder input and presented to global content teams; identifying areas of success, areas for improvement, and advising on strategies that can be replicated in other markets.
•Implemented and maintained a marketing content calendar for enhanced alignment with cultural moments, more strategic
and timely deployment of various marketing channels, and to help advise team on upcoming staffing needs and priorities.
•Stepped up to serve as ad-hoc graphic designer for the team, ensuring content meets Mastercard brand standards.

•Managed multi-millon dollar charity partner accounts such as the ACLU, FarmAid, Boys & Girls Club of America, to oversee
the successful launch of exclusive experiential content, coordinated marketing efforts and calendars, internal and external.
•Marketing coordination and production flow enhancement on the FarmAid account led to +39% in total raised YOY.
•Collaborated with high-profile celebrity talent such as Shania Twain and Shaquille O'Neal to ensure timely and accurate
deliverables of creative assets that accommodated the brand and messaging of both the talent and their affiliated charity.

•Worked with the Principal and Associate Principal to win a $13 million project, the biggest in the firm's 20-year history.
•Marketing duties included liaising with Texas Architect Magazine, AIA Houston, and other local and national publications on
articles, award submittals, presentation graphics and photography coordination and selection.
•Project Managed the Schematic Design phase to win and retain new client business with the Principal and Senior Designers.
•Led a benefits task force, resulting in the implementation of the first 401k plan and enhanced resources for licensure.
