PRODUCT GRAPHIC DESIGN MANAGER

As Product Graphic Design Manager I am responsible for:

- Managing and designing all graphic, print and textile artwork across both men's and women's categories.
- Creating hand generated, commercially driven graphics and yardage prints in-house for all product.
- Working closely with Merchandising and Production team to develop and produce ranges.
- Designing detailed coloured CADS and artworks.
- Liasing with suppliers in China on developing artwork and managing sampling.
- Supplying detailed product artwork spec packs.
- Briefing and managing a team of external artists on seasonal in-line graphics.
- Managing sign off of all artwork, product sampling and strike offs for SMS and bulk production.
- High level of commercial creativity to drive newness with brand focus.
- Develop graphic mood boards, trend forecasting documents and seasonal colour boards.
- Managing regional SMU requests and collaboration projects.
- Meet and exceed critical path deadlines and seasonal production dates.
- Present seasonal ranges to company stakeholders.

PRODUCT DESIGNER

As Product Designer I was responsible for:

- Designing monthly fashion capsules for all internal brands - ABSENT, PARK, LOST MONARCHY, KITX and Accessories.
- Creating commercially driven graphics and yardage prints for all product categories.
- Working closely with Buying team to visually build product ranges.
- Designing detailed coloured CADS and garment sketches for buying and production.
- Developing new washes, print techniques and artwork techniques across jersey, knitwear and fleece.
- Working directly with the Production Team and off-shore suppliers to provide artwork and product spec packs.
- Designing swing tags, labeling and bespoke signage.
- Managing sign off of all artwork, product sampling and strike offs.
- High level of commercial creativity and trend driven graphics.
- Develop graphic mood boards, trend forecasting documents and seasonal colour boards.
- Present concept boards and seasonal collections to buying, production and retail departments.
- Manage artwork and design tracker within a fast paced environment.

As Senior Designer I was responsible for:

- Designing sublimation artworks across underwear and swimwear categories.
- Create graphic artwork for tees and lifestyle categories.
- High level of illustration and hand rendering skills.
- Launching and leading the creative on weekly multi-platform campaigns for new product releases including EDMs, web
banners, mobile website design, weekly home page re-designs, web downloads and on-line activations.
- Designing all printed marketing collateral such as postcards, posters, signage and packaging.
- Outdoor and ambient marketing collateral including billboards, festival banners, bus skins, adshels.
- Editorial advertisement for various print media and publications.
- Advanced retouching and photo imaging.
