Key Accounts Manager

- Received and responded to all order, shipping, pricing, and inventory inquiries for the National, Key, and International accounts
- Handled and processed all inbound and outbound EDI communication to ensure orders were converted correctly and shipped within vendor's compliance guidelines to avoid chargebacks
- Placed international factory orders and handled the proper international documents to avoid any shipping or customs issues to get the orders to customers within their shipping window
- Oversaw the process of submitting factory PO's for special fly pattern orders for our key accounts while working with the purchasing team to hit the target ship date
- Dissected vendor compliance and routing guides and worked with the purchasing, sales, and warehouse manager to be sure each department was compliant

- Handled escalated phone calls to ensure the customers needs were listened too as well as ensuring the best solution was used to get the customer taken care of
- Ran daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to ensure our team was meeting and exceeding industry standards for customer service
- Trained and oversaw 13 employees, while handling web orders for our 9 websites and working with the warehouse to get orders out within 24 hours
- Analyzed and forecasted sales data to procure proper quantities of materials and gear components to ensure the warranty repair facility had adequate inventory
- Worked with Consumer Operations, Sales, Product Development, Warehouse, and Accounting to take care of any necessary needs within the company

Customer Service Supervisor

- Managed the acquisition of a new brand while onboarding and integrating over 75 new customers from multiple sales reps.
- Fielded all acquisition questions and dispersed them accordingly to ensure we could comply with customer requests while working closely with Accounting and the Sales Operation team
- Lead the order process between sales and the warehouse to ensure orders ship out correctly within the proper timeframe while following vendor guidelines
- Work closely with field and national dealers to take care of any returns, credits, orders, or general questions they may have
- Facilitate international orders and provide correct documentation to prevent any international issues while transferring goods
- DS logistics point of contact: inbound inventory inquiries, shipping questions, and disseminate and disperse customer routing and vendor guides
