Ariana V. Watson

I’ve enjoyed the past 2.5 years as a Philanthropic Service Coordinator at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona. While this opportunity has taught me new skills such as project management, improving departmental systems, and establishing and maintaining relationships; I have been reassured about my passion for creativity, design, and event planning.

As a former Fashion Designer, I am excited to pivot my career back to a creative role that will utilize my Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, managing projects from concept to completion, and overseeing a team to mentor and lead.

My biggest accomplishment of 2021 so far has been planning and leading my first wedding from beginning to end. From working with the bride and groom to achieve their dream wedding, DIYing the décor with my friend Chelsey Johnson, and working in 6 feet of snow to make the ceremony happen (the wedding was in Tucson and we were not expecting snow). It was an amazing wedding and rewarding to see how much everyone enjoyed themselves. It will be a day I hold close to my heart.
