Chief of Operations & Vice President of Sales

• Established and implemented a business model to protect commercial and residential properties from wildfires.

salesperson

• Responsible for triaging 911 phone calls, including assessing the immediate state, dispatching the appropriate fire department resources, and following through to ensure the situation had been mitigated.
• Each call required attention to detail, deciphering and articulating EMT medical instructions, and utilizing a multitude of manuals and software programs to walk the caller through the emergency response.
• Training Officer for the dispatch department, responsible for educating the 911 operators on the process and procedures of how to handle certain aspects of emergency calls in fire-related incidents.
• Participate in several committees responsible for evaluating procedures to assist in the growth of the communications center, recommend periodic changes to protocols, and develop a training program to improve quality.

Fire Dispatcher

• Responsible for overall sales for the Hawaiian Islands and tropical destinations.  Primary duties included working with clients on selling and reserving all travel plans (hotels, condominiums, air travel, etc.), and working with wholesalers and retailers to provide the customer with the best vacation package.
• Managed all general office duties for the company.

Travel Consultant

• Coordinator responsible for organizing summer activities for over 250 international students from 52 countries.
• Worked in partnership with California Lutheran University (CLU) to screen students and identify suitable summer home placements.
• Planned educational and non-educational activities for students enrolled in the CLU program.  Included trips to San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas, Magic Mountain, and Universal Studios.
