For years I have been working in the fashion industry with managerial roles in the areas of supply chain, research & development, sourcing, buying, production and QA. In particular, Italian manufacturers and distributors for RTW and PAP in the luxury casual and sportswear, men's, women's and children's segments. I lived in Asia mainly in Hong Kong where I managed multicultural teams and still deal and interface with foreign suppliers. I'm excellent in communication and negotiation. I am familiar with make-or-buy scenarios in order to optimize the cost structure of the product.
