Onboarded to Old Navy to head up organizational structure shift of centralizing functional teams to specialist category focused teams in the Active and
Denim areas. Redefined and enabled category right development cadences to alleviate friction points and enable more successful product iterations with a firm lens on unlocking advantages in bulk production through promoting consistency, cost savings and shorter leads times. Teams now bridge from front end to back end to reduce hand offs and enable clarity end to end.

•   Targeted focus on reducing working practices where teams were operating in silo by function - Primarily established to ensure design and creative intent was maintained throughout the P2M process and has allowed teams to operate cohesively towards one clear vision.
•   Implemented external process across supply base throughout the product lifecycle - From front-end development and sampling needs to final
bulk approvals with an absolute focus on quality and on time delivery at each stage. Development and production are no w done in the intended
bulk locale.
•   Established bridges between PD and PM functions to synchronize production and responsive levers, enabling different strategic production
cadences from vendor managed inventory to rapid response programs.
•   Innovation and Sustainability roadmaps established, with rigor provided to ensure timelines and goals are achieved in bringing both brand right
innovation to life and enabling Old Navy to stand up ambitious and scalable sustainabilit y goals.
•   Rationalized and refined vendor and mill bases to position Active and Denim categories for aggressive growth - Active $1.5 Bn to $3 Bn - Denim
$1Bn to $1.5Bn

Oversaw Sourcing, Production, Tech Design, QA and CSR teams. Initially focused on course correcting a non-performing supply base which had hastily
been transitioned prior to focus on Mexico production - Was quickly able to shift focus to a globally leveraged vendor direct platform that enables the brand further growth and improved margin capitalization. There was an absolute need to promote and drive innovation within the product sourcing
channels and opened exposure to new product categories and sourcing avenues.

•   Hudson's supply base was massively overly leveraged - Evaluated and alleviated existing supply base building out a clear strategic sourcing
strategy, whilst onboarding new and reputable suppliers with a clear direction to establish a world-class sourcing platform - Going from 27 to
7 direct suppliers. Drove $4.65 MM in AUC cost savings over 2018 and monthly delivery risk reduced from $477K in 2017 monthly average to
$44K in 2018.
•   Established SOPs across the organization that ties back to a new company wide and brand specific GTM calendar - allowing product to be
developed on time at source and established around clear product and cost parameters.
•   Developed and founded Social Compliance initiatives and QA processes for the organization that meets the needs of larger organizations,
which will enable the group to continue to grow into and become a core focus.
•   Re-established made in USA production for Hudson, with the opening of two partner facilities in LA and El Paso capable of supporting basic to halo product needs.

Responsible for leading Pre-Production, Production, Tech Design, QA and CSR teams. Tasked to stabilize and establish a leveraged and strategic supply
base with a global focus - Internally focused on the realignment and standardization of cross functional teams and processes. Product focused on
improving quality and driving innovation within assortments, whilst leveraging business to maximize on cost and lead-times.
•   Establish and leverage vendors base to support all product categories and channels. Transitioned from a domestic focus to a b alanced global
supply chain that maintained quality and consumer product expectations within the different channels and categories the brand is offered in.
Maintained production in USA and Mexico whilst facilitated and established growth in Asia and Europe. Reduction from 49 to 24 critical suppliers.
•   Enabled 30% of business to be created and produced off calendar, allowing the business to react in season to trend. Implemented through
effective establishment and management of vendor staged piece goods, capacity and continuous development.
•   Creation of revised and streamlined GTM process & calendar companywide to support Retail & Wholesale channels purchasing.
•   One brand directive established with the merging of mainline and outlet channels being focused to allow one consistent and focused brand
message ranging from opening price point through to bespoke and repurposed.

Department across all non-denim product categories post the VF purchase. Role was expanded to implement front to back-end development and production processes and drive successes seen in the Product Development department whilst overseeing Technical Design Team a nd Import
Production.

•   Built upon existing product development and supply chain systems, driving best practice and introducing new methodology to support growth
and efficiency resulting in a significant decrease in operating expenses, over development and improved speed to market.
•   Initiated standard operating practice for new company projection process across all sales channels driving significant focus to company financial
plans and targets whilst improving visibility to capacity and allocation forecasting.
•   Manage and mentor cross functional teams to improve performance, setting clear goals and priorities to achieve innovative development with upfront targeted resolution of product issues and ensuring seamless execution whilst meeting development, cost and delivery milestones.
•   Implemented new creative process for reduction in salesman sample needs across Denim categories resulting in massive reduction of volume
required and their associated costs.
•   Built relationships with international partners to enable the development and production of market specific product.
•   Established process on product testing to US and international needs, RSL adherence and VF vendor compliance requirements.
