Supervision of the overall management and profitability for 2 Luxury Beauty Store Outlets. Drove some of the highest KPI's within my district compared to LY, through constant product knowledge coaching and monitoring of top talent. Increased conversion rates by 22% over LY and annual sales by nearly 20% by growing our client base through both email marketing and community networking. Reduced shrink results from 2.5% to 1.65%.
