? Supporting executive-level staff by performing clerical and administrative duties for the Personnel division of the Human Services Department.
? Collecting and managing data relating to employment and employees while maintaining
confidentiality.
? Organizing, compiling, and updating County personnel records.
? Managing and updating HR databases with information including new hires, terminations,
transfers, and leaves of absence.
? Assisting in payroll management.

Performing clerical duties in support of the Public Health division of the Health Services Agency
during the COVID-19 response efforts.
? Researching and producing data reports with little supervision, presenting findings to a team.
? Providing community outreach services to educate community members on local health

Working with a team to develop an annual budget for Student Media, managing and approving
all purchase requests in respect to the budget.
? Producing digital newsletters and weekly emails and distributing them to the Student Media and general campus community.
? Recording and distributing meeting minutes at bi-weekly Student Media Council meetings.
? Conduct and synthesize research to present at Student Media Council meetings.
? Intake and processing of all financial documents for 13 organizations within Student Media.
? Scheduling all meetings and workshops for 13 different organizations within Student Media.
? Reading and responding to emails pertaining to Student Media business.
? Participation in Student Media Council Agenda Planning Committee, and Student Media Security
and Facilities Committee.

Student Media

Empowering school-aged children to engage in outdoor recreation and promote an active
lifestyle.
? Providing instruction in mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, SUPing, Leave No Trace principles,
and team building.
? Organizing and leading camp programming, including outdoor sports activities and traditional
summer camp games.
? Transporting campers to and from local recreation areas.
? Maintaining a safe camp environment and educating campers on safe outdoor practices and procedures.
? Providing exceptional customer service to parents and campers

Adventure Day Camp Instructor

? Organizing and directing day camp programs for campers aged 5-14 years old.
? Planning, coordinating, and executing activities while guiding campers in personal growth and daily living skills.
? Leading large and small group activities such as games and crafts, including weekly field trips.
? Maintaining the quality of camp facilities and keeping accurate records in order to optimize
camper safety.
