I am a dedicated and customer focused individual who thrives on new challenges. I am currently employed as a Communications specialist at Publica Group, overseeing communications for 3 Gloucestershire councils. I have previously been employed at Social Energy as a Digital Communications Lead and at Superdry as a Social Media Coordinator and Customer Service Team Leader. I am proficient in using software such as Dot Digital and mailchimp and social media dashboards including Sprinklr and Falcon, as well as all Microsoft Office and Adobe programmes.

? I have very recently started at Publica as a communications specialist. This is working with 3 local councils in Gloucestershire and ensuring that all comms sent by the councils are managed within the Communications Team.
? Building campaigns and campaign plans for council led social media promotions including the Forest Lottery, Linkline, regeneration projects in the area and other community projects in the local region.

? I have previous experience working at a new start-up energy company in Gloucestershire called Social Energy. Specialising in renewable energy sources and helping to change the way in which we and the consumers think about and use energy.
? Worked on creating and building content for all digital communications, including emails, webchat, website content, social media and the Social Energy help centre. This is updated and checked daily to ensure that the correct information is provided for customers at all, especially as the organisation moves toward building its presence in Australia.
? Created new and organic content which appeals to current customers and prospective consumers, explaining the premise of the Social Energy hub and battery, but also helping to improve the way in which we service those customers.
? Reporting on campaigns and emails sent to customers to review whether a campaign was successful and how it could be improved in future.

Digital Communications Expert

? I was promoted via a secondment opportunity to oversee the Customer Service Social Media Team. This involved looking after around 10 members of staff and ensuring that all service level agreements were met, as well as confirming that all staff within the team were happy within their role. This role required me to be sensitive to staff and customer needs and does involve regular reviews and communication with the team and superiors to ensure that targets are being met.
? Reporting on and learning from things that could have been done differently. This could have been a marketing campaign that didn't quite land as expected with customers, or an amendment to the website, or even changes to the team and staffing within Customer Services. Working together as a management team to identify shortcomings and making improvements where necessary to ensure it does not reoccur.
? Created the content for and published the Superdry Help Centre & FAQ's to all global Superdry websites. This also involved sourcing translation of help articles to ensure that customers and employees alike can successfully gather the information required as quickly as possible. This is updated daily to safeguard against any updates or mistakes and to ensure that the information provided is of the standard expected from Superdry.
? A member of the Superdry Internal Content Collaboration team to help build, produce and publish content to keep all staff within the business informed of updates, both from specific teams such as ecommerce, as well as the CEO and stakeholders.
? Involvement in developing the Superdry Care and Superdry Global social media feeds and worked closely with several teams in developing this side of the business for the benefit of the customer, the product and the company.

? Responsible for administrating and making claims decisions on extended warranties for Kia, Toyota, Lexus and Vauxhall for one of the leading extended warranty providers globally.
? Consistently adhering to both the Data Protection Act and FSA as well as the terms and conditions set out for the customer.
? Underwriting terms for policies based on complaint activity.
