INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN SPECIALIST

Welcome and guide all new hires through onboarding, introductions, and training, including 6 week intensive training program to Allocators, Replenishment Analysts, Planners, and Buyers
Built training curriculum from scratch for both new and existing employees, creating training program for all roles across different different departments for over 100 team members, including typed documents, video recordings, surveys and quizzes
Personally led advanced systems training in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneNote, as well as JDA Allocation and BI Microstrategy for all new hires and existing employees

Training Coordinator

Allocated and replenished product to 1100+  stores using guidance from the buying team and my own judgment,
using JDA Allocation, MMS/AS400, BI Microstrategy and other systems as required
•	Initiated  'Put The Play In Sports'  program between Youth organizations and local stores, leading to  $15k  annual
increase in sales per participating store ($180k  total profit increase in Team Sports apparel, across 12  stores)
