•   Manage team of technical designers and pattern makers from the Runway Show to final Production
•   Responsible to ensuring exquisite garment construction and elevating techniques to the highest level
•   Ensure and perfect the fit of all garments to continue to achieve excellence and outperform in our industry
•   Partner with Production, Fabric, Trim, Sales and Design team to
•   Frequent hands-on interactions with factories to ensure all garments meet the highest level of workmanship possible. This
includes reviewing patterns, fabrics and construction techniques directly with factories and trouble shooting any issues that
arise with Production

Senior Manager of Technical Design

•   Oversee both Product Development and Technical Design teams for Women!s Collection
•   Partner with Design Director through entire process from sketch handoff to final show sample approval
•   Run all Development fittings with Design Director, manage team of pattern makers and technical designers to ensure revisions
are made efficiently and correctly
•   Work with Merchandising and Sales teams to ensure each Collection fulfills their needs
•   Review and evaluate garments with Production team to ensure accurate costing as early as possible in the season

Director of Product Development & Technical Design

•   Responsible for Development technical design from initial Design hand-off until Runway Show
•   Partner with Production technical, fabric, trim, pattern making teams following Runway Show to seamlessly transmit all
construction, costing, and fit components of garments from show to stock stages
•   In person daily visits to local factories to ensure all garments are made with the most beautiful construction and adhering to deadlines to achieve a seamless Runway Show
•   Continuously collaborate with in-house pattern makers to achieve the Design team!s aesthetic
•	Actively partake in all development and final Runway fittings with head pattern makers and company owners

Senior Product Developer & Technical Designer

• Manage entire Collection process from initial Design sketch hand-off to final bulk Production
•   Specialize in fit and garment construction, elevating product to couture level
•   Travel to factories in Italy to run sample and stock fittings and ensure proper communication
•   Supervise and mentor two Associate Product Developers

Women!s Collection, Manager of Product Development

•   Partnered with the Creative Director to create, fit and produce Women!s and Men!s Denim and Knit collections
•   Responsible for design, all technical design, fittings, and entire production process for entire company
•   Traveled to factories in Brazil and Morocco each season to oversee Development and Production
