Reporting directly to the Creative Director, serving as the cross-functional liaison between Stubbs & Wootton and our offshore manufacturing partners, from the sourcing and development through production and final delivery of goods.

Oversee product design and development, sampling, production, and final delivery of all assigned merchandise to ensure all components needed for product are acquired and deadlines are met.

Create, review, and co-manage specification packages and bill-of-materials for completion and accuracy in the PLM system; work with cross-functional teams to proactively address any outstanding issues that directly affect the final product.

Ensure updates are properly recorded and changes are made in tech packs, costing samples, and other tracking documents.

Negotiate costing to ensure all styles align with cost/product goals including costs, minimums, lead-time, and quality.

Track and facilitate approval of factory submissions such as samples of various stages, fabrics, trims, labels, and test reports.

Oversee bespoke department including all special collaborations, custom orders, and management of design archives.

Responsible for the development and production of all private collections for J.Crew, Pucci, John Derian, Luke Edward Hall, Brooks Brothers, Mr. Porter, Moda Operandi, Happy Menocal, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Michael Bastian, Lane Crawford, United Arrows, Rancourt, and Castañer.

Work in unison with Design, Planning, and Accounting departments to troubleshoot and solve problems of an unusual and complex nature.

Meet weekly with warehouse and marketing teams to access productivity and planning.

Visit international factories to ensure production, labor, and material compliance standards.
