I am an experienced and meticulous Event Planner, Designer, Producer and Coordinator who has spent the last eight years developing her skills in events in Vancouver, Canada and Madrid, Spain where being trilingual in Spanish, English and French is a valuable asset. Also, I have a reputation for high-standards in a range of diverse events, venues and settings.-Expanding a start up's event department, increasing their brand exposure and building excellent client relationships are among the achievements I am most proud of.
I have worked at more than 200 events ranging from corporate, fundraising, galas, weddings, convention & fairs, awards, brand activations, educational & cultural, entertainment and sports. I have managed high-end events from inception to execution, handled venues and vendors, dealt with ticketing, licensing, permits and inspections. Staffing, training, scheduling and budgeting were also among my responsibilities.
Furthermore, I have procured branded promotional items, created social media strategies and set KPIs to measure success.
