Develop and maintain size/fit tools. Monitor customer reviews, identify compliance needs and resolve size
setup errors. Partner with merchants to address product concerns. Communicate with fulfillment centers,
risk and legal teams to ensure vendor compliance. Research and resolve issues with inbound shipments in collaboration with internal teams.

Responsible for maintaining color accuracy of fabrics, trim and decoration. Ensuring fabric specifications are
met to company standards and between suppliers. Ownership of bulk decoration review and approval
process. Manage NCAA division product testing process and bulk production packaging direction.

PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT MATERIALS MANAGER

met to company standards and between suppliers. Ownership of bulk decoration review and approval
process. Manage NCAA division product testing process and bulk product packaging direction.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Assisted in successfully executing sourcing shift of 45% of production from Asia to Near Shore in one
year. Responsible for all bulk packaging, decoration and product testing for Near Shore production.

Manage Quality & Compliance process for Licensed Apparel products with domestic and international
vendors. Complete new customer/vendor set up process and communicate all compliance and packaging
requirements to internal & external teams. Lead internal team responsible for reporting company KPI's,
investigating compliance & chargeback issues assessed by customers and performing QA audits. Coordinate
3rd party product testing process. Manage bulk decoration review and approval.
