USA eCommerce/Events Coordinator

-Working with our Global eCommerce and Marketing teams to plan and initiate  product launches across all regions.
-Helping with conceptualizing and launching regional email campaigns.
-Tasked with reviewing the online analytics behind several brands, and distributing weekly reports to our Global eCommerce Coordinator and Director of Operations.
-Presenting and launching eCommerce initiatives meant to either improve UX, KPI’s, or drive sales across several brands.
-Managing our MAP policy, and working with accounts and Sales Representatives in order to keep this policy enforced.
-Coordinating and distributing all samples for the new years product line.
-Heading up the creation of a new Surf Hardware Showroom, Marketing Room, and Employee store.
-Leading the planning and activation at marketing events and contests across the USA.

-Managing sales to all Distributors and International Wholesalers throughout Canada, Central and South America, and Tahiti in order to drive revenue.
-Inside point of contact between outside brand representatives and internal operations, tasked with processing orders and overseeing retail and manufacturing accounts within my territories.
-Responsible for all Key Accounts, requiring a knowledge of EDI Systems.
-Overseeing E-commerce sales for North America, as well as coordinating website improvements/promotions with our international E-commerce team.
-Assisted in hiring and training new Customer Service Representative.
-Working closely with key departments such as Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management and Operations to assist in monitoring credit holds, inventory counts, and logistics.
-Working with our global team throughout South America, Europe, Japan, and Australia to facilitate sales.
-Creating and implementing new spreadsheets for managing inventory allocations, out of stock products, and pricing structures.
-Helping to organize and execute marketing events, acting as a liaison between the consumer and our brand.
-Maintaining product knowledge spanning over a hundred products and three brands within company ownership (FCS, Softech Surfboards, and Kanulock)
