Coordinate workflow within the creative department of a busy LA based entertainment design agency. Duties include:
design decks and presentations, route artwork for client review and approval, track all internal artwork delivered by
designers, manage artwork assets and server organization; adhering to file naming procedures, manage confidential
assets, work cross-functionally with internal teams, update project schedules; all under extremely tight deadlines.

Directly assist lead Talent Manager at Grumpy Cat Limited. Manage busy schedules & day-to-day coordination
including creative and administrative support. Direct client & talent interaction, creative artwork & asset management,
licensing & marketing coordination, as well as managing projects, travel/production calendars, budgets & expenses.

Creative Project Manager

Provide artwork file and asset management support to the Creative Services team within the digital workflow across the Netflix service platform. Daily downloading, cataloging, tracking and processing of film & television artwork assets
received by major motion picture studios & content partners. Quality assurance of assets and creating reports of data
tracked. Additional duties include: title localization and ad-hoc online research, preparing marketing materials, and assigning/tracking projects of in-studio design team; all under tight production deadlines. (Contract)

Creative Services Coordinator

Directly assist Digital Operations Manager, Creative Technology Director, Digital Design Director, and Head of
Interactive Production at W+K's Portland agency. Track workflow of Digital Studio designers, developers, and animators; assign resources as needed to Interactive Producers to ensure production deadlines are met. Manage
busy schedules and day-to-day coordination of Digital Studio including administrative and creative support. Direct
contact for vendors and presentations. Extra curricular activities including event planning, non-profit/charity help, and W+K Radio DJ.

Digital Studio Coordinator

Manage production schedules & timelines within brand creative design teams including print, online, UX design, and various multimedia projects working closely with executive producers in a fast-paced creative environment.
Coordinate kick-off meetings, outline deliverables in creative brief, and act as liaison between stakeholders & designers to ensure final product release dates are met by client deadlines. Manage brand approved and confidential
assets with internal/external partners to ensure brand guidelines are followed. General production team support
including project troubleshooting, content & design management, working under tight deadlines. (Contract)

Associate Producer - Brand Creative / Studio Coordinator

Provide creative and administrative assistance, and direct interaction with clients and artists. Maintain agency
schedules and artists calendars, including coordinating projects & distributing call sheets with a strict attention to tight
deadlines. Manage artist portfolios and files, including the design and production of press kits. Interface with magazines and production companies for current tear sheets, commercials, and other media.

Creative Services - Agency Assistant

Assist creative directors, art directors, and copywriters on global advertising accounts, providing full creative and administrative support. Provide assistance throughout the creative process, including concept help, storyboards,
scanning, audio/visual research, presentation setup, and design. Ensure production deadlines for print and television
campaigns are met, supervise scheduling concerns and correspondence. Coordinate production and client meetings,
freelance schedules, special projects/events, travel arrangements, as well as budgets/expenses/invoices. Work as
liaison between art buying, traffic, and print production departments.
