SR. Associate Product Developer Hardware, Trim & Embellishments

•	Responsible for trim, hardware & embellishment design support and execution from concept to pass off to materials sourcing team for bulk.
•	Responsible for calendar adherence throughout the entire process.
•	Internally and externally execute all sampling and development (proto to sms to special projects, pr, etc) and to assist in Tory presentations.
•	Lead for trim and HW development options and communication, including finishes, lead times, costs and testing
options.
•	Working with material partners to offer embellishment options for layout, size, cost, testing, applications, and alternative material options.
•	Work closely with PD / Materials partners on allocation to appropriate suppliers.
•	Work closely with in-house atelier for correct trim availability.
•	Upload Trims/embellishments into PLM.
•	Organize and keep current the internal trim and hardware library and archive.

•	Lead product review meetings and present final tech pack and specs to entire management team
•	Communicating with vendors daily to ensure that specifications are being followed and mass production stays on
track to meet seasonal deadlines
•	Generate sample PO's, and track and confirm vendor deliveries
•	Maintain all line sheets, charts & reports related to product development process
•	Maintain a swatch and material library to support seasonal inspiration
•	Key role in organizing and preparing for high intensity events like Fashion Week and other shows

•	Track and acquire approval of all bulk references and pass to Production and manufacturing facilities.

and Vendors
•	Track and maintain orders for fabric throughout the entire critical cycle (obtaining x-mill dates, following up with mills, releasing fabric PO orders to vendors and tracking stock levels).
•	Identify and raise quality and technical issues with mills and vendors and assist in problem solving with crossfunctional teams and the fabric mills
•	Working with the production director in issuing PO's in SAP as well as updating costs.
