Production Project Manager

• Develop and oversee the media production project tracking process for Therabody’s mind-body content division.
• Communicate project statuses, bottlenecks, and recommendations to key stakeholders to keep the project on track. 
• Oversee all phases of internal and external approval processes, including: legal, concepts, audio/video, and artwork. 
• Support asset management needs including: sourcing, tracking, uploading, updating, and upkeep.

• Supported customers to by responding to product and bike shop service inquiries.
• Acted as point person between REI bike shop and customers, providing service quotes and scheduling.
• Assembled and (when applicable) installed bicycles, roof racks and accessories, among other products.

Service Advisor

• Produced attraction media for interactive and new media teams across the Disney Theme Parks’ various IP portfolios.
• Collaborated with Creative Executives and media teams to solidify creative concepts and identify production needs.
• Created and carried bids through the vetting and award process, ensuring they fit within the larger attraction budget.
• Established individualized production schedules that fit within the overall project calendars.
• Led project and production teams through pre-production/production/wrap for live action shoots, VFX sequences and animation projects.

•   Supervised production logistics for weekly Virtual Reality live broadcasts and tapings.
•   Created budgets for yearly content production slates and tracked costs for individual weekly shoots and projects.
•   Managed relationship with content partners and other present entities through physical production.
•   Partnered with R&D teams to implement constantly evolving technology in to production workflows.
