Corporate Sales Account Manager

Grow uniform and PPE business of multi-million dollar corporate accounts such as Cintas, UniFirst, and Aramark. Manage all product development from RFQ to sample approval and distribution for these accounts. I am the first Corporate Sales Account Manager to develop a partnership and manage 6 projects to become an approved vendor.

Lead the company in COVID-19 compliance, developed preventative measure procedures and action plans. Developed SOP's and electronic forms for the HR Department. Created procedure for when an accident happens on the worksite to include hyperlinking forms for convenience for the site safety officers and provided training on accident investigation.
• Reports directly to the CEO of this electrical construction contracting small business, primarily contracts for the DoD
• Handled all aspects of the basic Human Resources functions from employee relations, benefits administration, guidance, and performance management as I was a one person department.
• Ensured legal compliance for all laws to include becoming the FAR clause, by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state law requirements by conducting various audits, Cal OSHA, CDEPH, CDC, ADA, EEOC as well as adherence to the company's policies and standards.
• Workers compensation case management from injury investigation, advocating on the employee's behalf in regard to treatment, strategize with claim adjusters to limit exposure and loss prevention, liaison between State Fund and president, risk assessment and management, to case closure, OSHA 300 log and reporting.
• Developed a streamlined termination process to include California required forms (DE2320, HIPP, COBRA, 401k Separation, Notice of employee as to change in relationship) created and implemented an exit interview form, created a checklist for end of employment to ensure Company received all property, cut access to alarms, server and email, removed employee from benefits providers, dated files for shred and moved I9 forms to inactive binders.

Human Resources Manager

Increased overall positive rating of risk assessment score from 71% to 91%, by proactively identifying risk and taking immediate action for improvement and decreasing workers comp claims by 20% from 2018 to 2019. Developed departmental forms and procedures for all incidents.
• Reports directly to the CEO/President of the number one rehabilitation and retrofitting company within the transportation industry, responsible for up to 375 employees, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
• Ensure legal compliance for all multi-state laws to include CA, AZ, TX, TN, IL by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state law requirements by conducting various audits, Cal OSHA, FTA and DOT, ADA, EEOC as well as adherence to the company's policies and standards.

• Coordinated Monthly Safety Committee meetings, discussing all near misses, first aid and recordable injuries, go over investigation forms and pictures raising awareness and discussing preventative measures. Plans 4 weeks of safety meetings to be held based on incidents again to raise awareness and promote safety practices.
• Managed and promoted CBS (Caught Being Safe) project, engaging employees by rewarding them with a CBS and their picture in the newsletter for actively seeking ways to make their work environment safe by correcting safety concerns.
