Manage the SEM team and overall strategy of the channels. Overhauled the campaign and ad group structure of all the search and shopping campaigns. Managed over $50 million in ad spend in two years, which is the largest budget
in the acquisition department. In the first year my channels increased spend by 68%, revenue by 18%, conversion
rate by 19%, and conversion volume by 58%, compared to the year prior. Report back to VP of Marketing on a
weekly basis the performance of the channel and testing results. Forecast future spend and revenue for budget
planning. Work closely with a dedicated Google team to stay informed on new beta products and competitive insights.

Managed a book of various B2B and B2C clients totaling on average over $100k in spend per month. Focused
primarily on Bing, Google Search, Shopping and Display Ads accounts, and a couple Amazon accounts. Built
strategies for and executed paid search campaigns from conception to delivery. Assisted in content writing of ads.
Performed keyword research. Used audiences to optimize search campaigns. Used Google's automation bidding
strategies to optimize campaigns and hit cost targets.

Finch / Paid Media Account Manager

Managed all paid advertising accounts for the agency. Platforms include Adwords, Facebook, and Bing. Worked with budgets of $30k per month. Promoted to Head of Operations. Project managed the launch of multiple websites.
Implemented an online Kanban task management system for the fulfillment team to help improve efficiency and productivity.
