Selected Accomplishments:
Full rethinking, and redesign of the practice, keeping the tech expertise, but also bringing consumer and experiential
communications, opening the potential clients, and services spectrum towards industries such as consumer, energy,
gaming, etc.
Holding the biggest income practice for the agency, as well as around 40% of the client service headcount.

Innovation & Technology Practice Director

development, and internal resources management.
As part of the ongoing work for Nextel, from 2007 until 2010, responsible for all the PR and communications strategy and execution for the Nextel's Racing Team.
Selected Accomplishments:
During the first year leading the practice, reached 18% income growth, which also represented more headcount, having
30% of the total agency's income, 30% of the headcount and the lowest turnover.
