Sr. Director of Operations

I have been a Director of Operations for over 20 plus years. in this position, I managed and directed the following departments:
Human Resources
Finance
Contracts
Procurement
Manufacturing
Slaes and Marketing
In the 90's, I was the COO and VP of Operations for Birdhouse Projects. I was able to implement improvements to the existing business operations and increase revenues from $ 1mm a year to over $10mm.

As the Director of the newly formed ADA Software Platform Division, I focused on "new consumer experience", ensuring service changes introduced to contact center achieve expected outcomes. Provide
leadership in software production, change management and financial operations using my sound understanding of manufacturing principles to solve complex operational challenges. Manage, direct and supervise the people
and processes to support the mission, goals and objectives in support of the company's bottom line. Support the
team in order to maintain the production schedule, meet customer delivery dates, organize and control
manpower, meet capacity and through put expectations, exceed quality standards while motivating continuous
improvement and operational excellence.

Duties include, but not limited to:
• Implement and develop framework to collect, measure and socialize success in projecting and delivering
sustainable value

•	Meet independently with directors, responsible staff officers, and project staff to assist in the financial
management of sponsored activities.

•	Maintain and supervise the Human Resources department
•	Analyzed, identified and recommended business process and technology solutions for initiatives and programs within this portfolio.
•	Develop playbook to create governance and standardized, lean process for implementing capability,
tools and continuous improvement methodology

•	15 years of experience with facilitating continuous feedback loops, recognizing transformational
opportunities, and managing to implementation

•	Develop and implement policies and procedures to new and existing employees. Disseminate
information to the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when
needed.

•	Provided strategic planning and tactical direction to operations and sales management, consulting with high-profile clientele.
•	Create governance model to implement valuation capability within the operational readiness framework
•   Create and foster performance goals and objectives to ensure accuracy, quality and customer
expectancies are met.
•   Implement company operational goals by leading, guiding and directing hourly personnel to meet or
exceed established department and company goals, as well as monitoring performance, providing
coaching, counseling, and development; and use Key Performance Indicators to make ongoing
improvements and enhancements.

•   Provide and maintain reporting tools to identify on-time shipments, people utilization, attrition, in support of infrastructure communication.

•   Review, plan and achieve company and department financial and budget plans and objectives.

•   Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable
approach to each new business call.

•   Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets

•   Collaborate to deliver the valuation capability across Enterprise Shared Services
