The coolest side project I've helped build is

The international Go-global Program with UPS. It started as a beta program of 10 people and grew into a program that is
still used today with over a hundred employees. I created the training material and I helped design procedures based on how
I interacted with my international accounts.

• I provided excellent customer support across multiple platforms including live chat, email ticketing, and social media
• I headed a large project as a new employee to help company transition to UPS international shipping. This project
included researching approximately 220 countries import regulations within a tight deadline. This project helped
determine which countries the company would ship internationally to. This project assisted in saving the company
money on international shipping fines and lead to a positive customer experience.
• Created shipping best practices cheat sheet for customer service team
• Provided data on low scoring product reviews to other various departments including warehouse and marketing teams
• Helped process returns and refunds
